besplatno otkloniti kvar\/nedostatak na proizvodu pre svega popravkom, ili, ukoliko to nije mogu\u0107e ili nije isplativo, zamenom za isti ili proizvod sli\u010dnih karakteristika.<\/p><p>Zamenjeni delovi ili proizvod postaju vlasni\u0161tvo davaoca garancije.<\/p><p>U slu\u010daju zamene proizvoda ne va\u017ei nova garancija, ve\u0107 se ostatak garantnog roka prenosi na novi proizvod. Garantni rok ugra\u0111enih rezervnih delova zavr\u0161ava istekom garantnog roka za celokupan proizvod.<\/p><div>Kod produ\u017eene garancije nakon isteka perioda od 24 meseci, servis \u0107e prvo poku\u0161ati da uredjaj popravi. Ukoliko popravka nije mogu\u0107a, uredjaj \u0107e biti zamenjen za isti ili sli\u010dan iz iste klase. Ukoliko nije mogu\u0107a popravka ili zamena (za isti ili odgovaraju\u0107i zamenski uredjaj), kupcu \u0107e uredjaj biti finansijski razdu\u017een.<\/div><p>Ova garancija ne isklju\u010duje niti uti\u010de na prava potro\u0161a\u010da koja proizilaze iz zakonske odgovornosti prodavca za nesaobraznost robe ugovoru koja se pojavi u roku od 2 (dve) godine od dana prelaska rizika na potro\u0161a\u010da u skladu sa \u010dlanom 52.
